10/10 Ben, will recommend!
He helped with what I needed in a very professional manner. I couldn't find my order number to verify myself, but the trademark name got me in the door and he then gave me my order number. I'm glad that there are such strict safeguards in place. And I never thought that he was disrespectful, instead polite as I tried to figure out how to identify myself. He's a good Ben, take it from me. -Ben

TRADEMARK ENGINE WINS AGAIN!
I have been working with Trademark Engine (#347148) for quite a while. I transferred my file from an attorney who never really explained the whole process to me; causing me to lose months of valuable time and gave no real direction regarding the steps of verification I'd need to complete my process. In my latest conversation with RYAN, she fully explained the process of Specimen Submission, Extensions, and also my rights if I go beyond the deadline in submitting proper documentation. I cannot tell you how much I wish I'd started the process of trademarking with TRADEMARK ENGINE, rather than an attorney. They have been continually supportive and knowledgeable in their guidance. Customer service has always found a solution to whatever questions I've had, and are clear about pricing. I recommend them highly!

What is a trademark?

A trademark is a word, phrase, symbol, or design that identifies and distinguishes the source of goods or services of one party from those of others.

Why should I register my trademark?

Registering your trademark provides legal protection, exclusive rights to use the mark nationwide, and the ability to bring legal action against infringers.

How long does the trademark registration process take?

The USPTO trademark registration process typically takes 8-12 months, though it can vary depending on whether any issues arise during examination.

What is the difference between ™ and ®?

The ™ symbol can be used for any mark you claim as a trademark, while the ® symbol can only be used after the USPTO officially registers your trademark.

Do I need an attorney to file a trademark?

While not required for US-based applicants, having an attorney can help ensure your application is complete and properly filed, reducing the risk of rejection.

How long does trademark protection last?

A registered trademark can last indefinitely, as long as you continue to use the mark in commerce and file the required maintenance documents with the USPTO.
