Exceptional Support from Ben – Handled my LLC Name Change perfectly!
I am currently in the process of a major rebrand for my company and product, and Ben at Trademark Engine was incredibly helpful. I needed to update the owner name on my pending application from my old entity to my new one (Axymi LLC). Ben made the process seamless and handled it in an "awesome" way that gave me total peace of mind. If you are a founder navigating the complexities of trademarks, ask for Ben!

They are (way) better than the law office I hired..
I have been going through the Trademark process for a couple of years now, starting with an attorney who laughed at my trademark idea, and clearly thought it was dumb. The second attorney I presented my idea to was more positive; but quit his job 1/2 way through my application. Neither communicated much about the process. I pivoted over to Trademark Engine at that point, and this is where ELLA helped my idea to fruition. The service I received from ELLA and a couple other representatives, far exceeded the two attorneys that came before. My trademark was approved then rather quickly, even before I was ready; and once again Trademark Engine and ELLA assisted with the extensions I needed. ELLA provided great customer service and calm, knowledgeable direction throughout the process. I'm a very satisfied customer, and will recommend them every chance I get!

One person can make a difference.
One person can make a difference in changing our opinions, and one person can make a difference in changing the world. Kevin is my reason for rating your company with such high praise. He was decent, honest, sincere and caring, and those qualities constituted my reason for choosing your company. Thank you.

"Grethel" is a delightful & professional representative of Trade Mark Engine, she resented them well. However, this is not a review of the Company, which still requires completion of my file.
I worked with "Grethel" on order No. 378653; she was thorough, patient and knowledgeable. She represented your company well. I do, however, want to be absolutely clear that this is a review of Gretel's demeanor and performance... not that of the company, as my file is still outstanding and should not be used as a review of the total company performance, which, I am sure, if she is any indication, will be positive.

professionalism and willingness to help
I had an excellent experience working with the support agent (Ben Jaro) at Trademark Engine. He assisted me with my Statement of Use, and he made it a clear, and manageable process. Ben was very patient, knowledgeable, and very responsive. He took the time to explain what was needed, reviewed my materials carefully, and helped ensure my specimen files were properly uploaded and aligned with the requirements. Their guidance gave me confidence that everything was submitted correctly. I truly appreciate the support and would gladly work with them again. Great service and a big help during an important step in my trademark process.
