Trademark Engine Flows​

A flow is a collection of steps that are executed to complete an order. Each step is a separate API call that is executed to complete the order.

There are two types of flows managed inside Trademark Engine:

  • Trademark Flow: These are flows that are used to register new trademarks, Comprehensive Search, Privacy, Press Release, Certified Copy, International Trademark, or Office Action.   • Standalone Flows: These flows are the most basic flows and are used to create a single service order like Copyright, Renewal, Statement Of Use, Extension, Monitoring, DMCA Takedown, Comprehensive Search Report, etc.

Package are a set of services that are bundled together to offer better prices to the user. Packages are:

  • Basic: This package includes the minimum services to register a new trademark.
  • Standard: This package includes the Basic services to register a new trademark and additional services such as Attorney Consultations to enhance trademark registration.
  • Premium: This package includes the Standard services to register a new trademark and additional services such as privacy protection to enhance trademark registration.
